There is no charge for volunteer timers (though you do need to be an AMA member, as Gary pointed out).
Ideally, though, you'd bring something to fly, some funds would go toward the cost of the site, and your name would be on the participation list.
Bring one or two of your winders - I'm sure you could raise the funds instantly :)
