emails from James Strickland

Guys,

I just received two emails supposedly from James Strickland. The first one sent at 5:06 pm and addressed to the Indoor construction group (Subject : Fwd) and the second sent at 8:06 pm and sent to chiefron237_at_verizon .net (Subject : hello).

Are these legitimate emails, I ask because they went directly into my junk folder and I do not have his email address blocked.
