I always draw a rib shape using a thin felt-tip pen directly on a clear
plastic sheet, about 0.5mm thick.
Then, cut and sand the line, finish.
This may be a primitive man's method, but it is OK for me who cannot use a
computer.
Only one exception exists. I have been using a simplex airfoil template,
about 4% thick, that was a special gift from Dr Hacker about 12 years ago. I
use it for F1D, F1M, etc.
