Bob,

Do I have a solution for you! The MMM club field (square miles of square
miles) and all the contests we have to offer this year!
(themmmclub.com)...there is a contest calendar and some great contests...a World Cup, and the
Annual Rocky Mountain Champs too! More and more flyers are realizing it
and showing up.

Plus a better vacation places to entice the wife with to...Colorado has
nearly it "all."

I couldn't resist that....

Ben, that’s a somewhat flip statement that’s simply not true. Do you fly
outdoors at all? Suitable flying sites are NOT easy to find and use. Many
clubs across the country have lost theirs and have struggled to locate new
ones. Our annual Great Grape Gathering at Geneseo, NY, is there because our
Canadian friends lost their field years ago and asked to have it held at
the Geneseo airport (site of the upcoming Flying Aces Nationals in July).
Having use of proper flying sites is something both the indoor and outdoor
communities have in common.
