Larry has set up the donation fund to cover the national level sites (currently Kibbie and Johnson City).

I can see an argument both ways - having a fund specific to each site vs. having one cover both. This way is fine, though IMO.

The only funding issue at Johnson City currently is the banners, and that is covered for this year by the AMA. (BTW - after this year, we just need about $25 per competitor for 50 entrants to cover the cost of removing and replacing them. We don't want endless increases, but I think this is still within an affordable range for a great site in a great location).
