Wow indeed! $430 with seven days left. I bought an identical setup on Ebay in 2000 (it was what prompted me to sign up for an E-bay account) for $128 which I thought was a bit frivolous at the time, apparently it was an investment!
I later picked up a second torque meter from Bob himself for my 10:1, so I still have one of each.
The reason the attachable torque meter and 20:1 appealed to me was for mass launch of scale events. I wanted a faster winder than my 10:1, and I also wanted a nose attach torque meter to wind with the motor installed in the airframe.
Wilder is the only guy to my knowledge that ever produced a good torque meter/winder combination that does this. If you are winding the motor off the model there are plenty of good options, some very practical to build on your own.
