Okay. Fixed it. I observed several flights and decided that it wasn't Dutch Rolling, but was flailing around in uncoordinated flight. It was trying to turn left but the wing twist was trying to bank it right.

Moved the wing back .65", reduced the decalage, removed the washin/washout, and added a little rudder tab.

Now she grooves. We'll try to get a time on it Jan 29th.
