A note from H.G. Frautschy (host from the EAA):

I'm going to keep the list of who's in what rooms in the lodge for Flightfest, so send those directly to me [ed: see contest flyer in the files section for address]. The sooner the better, so please get that info to me ASAP. Unless we fill the lodge, we're planning on all of you being in the main lodge, not the instructor's lodge. There's no need to send money now to reserve a spot, but the sooner the better. I will be out of the area during late January, early February, so getting some planning work done early is really important.
