I asked the fellow who did my last root canal what his binocs cost.
I now know why root canals are so expensive.

My eyes have not been so good either, but I use cheap dollar store
magnifying glasses in front of my regular glasses for regular work
and a clip-on watchmaker's loupe (on the frame of my regular glasses)for
close work. I've never tried the expensive binoculars that doctors use but I
expect they would be pretty good.
