I also think it is not 18 inch but 18.5 inch.
I flew a biplane PP yesterday. It has 0.35" wing offset on both wings (=
0.7" longer left wings) and I found it might need more offset. I thought it
was easier to remove the upper wing only than to do both wings, but I
realized that it might be illegal. Now, I have to remove both wings....
