I remember that well since I was the sole Brit and was stationed next door to the Aussie team. Dave Kerr appreciated the help I was able to give him and accordingly invited me to spend Christmas with him and family in the Melbourne area in 1985 - the only Christmas I have spent outside UK. Had a great time and was able to attend the Aussie Nats in Wangaratta 1985 - 86 where I had a close battle with Richard B in indoor HLG.
