It used to be, for many years. But apparently the effort of MA lead time publication never paid off with any additional participants. In other words, this is not NOW a MAJOR contest, teeheehee.

Other issue is the date often changes at last mintue, such as this year--the city was refurbishing interior, and put off our first locally pubished date.
