As feared, the air was a little gusty. It seemed
a little better above 50 ft however. Brett
Sanborn was there getting in a little late season
F1D practice. Despite the gusts, drift was low
and he was able to fly without a balloon. An
unanticipated hazard was the installation of some
new goal posts and restraining wires, which Brett
was somehow able to navigate around. Mike Guth
is trying to get some more sessions lined up. I'll post when he does.
