 From the allfishingbuy web site I found a 8.5 meter carbon rod that
packs to 65cm, I think that is about the longest unfolded that still is
nicely "suitcase size". However, rod costs $80 and postage is $50...
USPS is quite expensive when sending stuff across the Atlantic....

LeRoy, do you remember what was the company in Japan that you bought the
rod from? Might be cheaper to get a japanese rod directly from there
instead of US...
