Mark,
I have a set of instructions that I wrote up shortly after a
"masterclass" from Bob Bailey which allowed me to make a small balloon for
steering in a 55ft dome. Let me have your e:mail address and I'll send it to
you. You'll still need a template for the balloon "gores"
though.
