It seems that the hanger is in very good condition.
But, the biggest problem to host the WC will not the building but the
officials and timers.
I can remember some Argentine flyers but cannot remember Brazilian.
There are many large domes and buildings that will be suitable to host WC
in, though there are very few officials and timers in Japan.
