Kang (and All),

Try http://garyj.tccw.wku.edu/~david.erbach/IndoorCentury/. This is a
somewhat international history from David Erbach. I learned about this
site (again) at the AMA Nats/USIC this May. Some of this probably was
compiled by the late Walter Erbach, David's father. I don't know how
much of this history relates to the AMA Nats, but there is an immense
amount of history of indoor modeling here.
