That's a thing. I only have one laptop, and I'm going to be doing NatsNews on it, among other things. So the webcam will either share off of mine from my area, or we find someone else willing to donate some CPU time.
Last year we Skyped Buxton and had a video chat going. But when we tried to add in another participant, we discovered that Skype doesn't (didn't) do video chat with multiple participants.
This is an attempt to do better than last year.
