The AMA rules for Indoor FF are wholly governed by the eleven-person Indoor
Contest Board. They vote on all new rules, as well as rule changes. So they
deserve all the blame for this.

Sad indeed. This is not the way to encourage beginners to compete. If this
happens, AMA has simply ruined A6.
There is already a class for people who like gadgets and biplanes. It's
called Pennyplane. But, that event was supposed to be "simple" too! Why does
this keep happening?
