The "working loads" appear to be part of the downloadable program. You can get the spring constant and "rate per degree" without those - just enter the values in steps 1 through 3.

The free version doesn't give you the maximum safe travel, which would be useful.

Also, I had to register a free account after several iterations.

I was attempting to find the .008" equivelant to my .009" wire springs. I entered the parameters of the .009" spring then, in another window, entered the .008" values and iterated through the number of turns.

It said that 6 turns of .008" had a spring constant just slightly lower torque per degree than 9 turns of .009".
