From my experience sharp corners, especially at the leading edge, tend to "snag" the air. This is what prompted Parker and I to re-design the wing of his F1L. The square wing version just wanted to snag the air under high torque and tuck the right wing tip under. It was difficult to control. The newer wing with curved tips has no tendency to tuck at all.
