They all differ but basically the F1D jigs which are the largest are 250mm long x 90mm wide 28"-35" helical standard and with some remodelling I can produce specials with wash outs etc. The usual width for the F1D jigs is 70-80mm but the wider offers easier forming for asymetric outlines. I am starting to use obeche which I understand Joe Maxwell used a few years back now which looks very stable.
