O.K. But let me explain why the low price. It will have ball bearings in the
winding hook only, the rest will be delrin bearings but the same highly polished
drill rod steel shafts. It will be totally enclosed, no shoe, no lock, or
one-way ratchet, and no counter. It will be super smooth or it doesn't leave my
home. Just a bare bones winder that will do the job well. Ciao, Phedon
