Price and expense is relative for everyone, but the digital torque meter that is being sold looks like a good buy to me. This considering the nice winder at A2Z is over $200.00. (I am sure that winder would last forever and be a fine piece of equipment, so no bad mouthing on my part) I would like to see the Banks torque meter plan. Is it usual to make test motors and test them to destruction?) I imagine at a contest if you have a motor let go on you when you are not expecting it you really can get your nerves jangled. The same thing happens when a string lets go right before a performance. Violin strings are getting a bit pricey these days at $70 a set at discount!
