My daughter flew TSA (S/O with half the weight of rubber) in a 15 foot
ballroom in Denver at the Marriott. Right idea but wrong place. Plus, it had
these banners hanging down from the ceiling. She figured out that all she
had to do was make the one circle into the banner...the prop stopped as
the model slid down and then would re-fly back up into the banner and on and
on...she won the Colo State and eventually went on the 2nd, missing by 2
seconds at the TSA Nats in Chicago.

Maybe we should hang some fabric banners down?

Here, in C'Springs, we rely on bouncing off the ceiling and need the
battleship models. Prop spars take a beating too and prop blades come flipping
down. My F1L prop spar has a 1/20" spar doubled on to it for repair
reasons. It originally started out as a .75 gm EZB, but I have managed to bring
it up to weight with repairs and then some(!).

d you've all made me feel bad. I built a fairly nice flying LPP, at least
from what I can determine in the 25 foot sites that are available to us,

wall of my building capability. It's my crowning achievement and I'll never
exceed it.

But if your battleship can sink the other battleships you encounter,
what's to feel bad about? In your 25 ft ceiling, see if your LPP can hit 8
minutes using recent Tan SS and maybe a few lucky bumps. Then you're ready for a
real war....
