Limited Pennyplane is a nearly perfect event as is. There are no loopholes
and the models fly great. Look at Tom I's unreal 19+ min Cat IV record.

I would change two things about the LPP:

- to allow a larger diameter prop to 14"
- to allow a longer overall length, 24", while keeping the motor stick
length at 10"

These items are similar to those used in Europe for the F1M-b "F1M beginner"
class.
