I don't know Merl Reagle (sounds like it ought to be an anagram) so I would be interested in a URL if only to see what an American crossword is like. Did you know that crosswords were invented in the USA, as an Englishman I still feel a bit jealous about that sometimes! At my age I cannot do the 'simple' crosswords any more because I cannot recollect the synonyms but I can usually worry my way through the cryptic clues - eventually.
I realize that I have wandered way off the topic of Indoor and I promise that if I talk about cross words any more I shall deserve some cross words.
