Dwight,
Often the best stuff for indoor is available from other modelers who make it and sell modestly. The first 3 items above are "corporate" meaning they will do the job but would cost you $370.00.
A fine alternative indoor wood stripper (Gardner style, I use it) can be had from its maker Dennis Tyson for $20 last I heard. It's simple but works well. I think DT has a sales page on Indoornews.com and maybe is also a member on this board. A decent, reliable, but dorky-looking yellow rubber winder can be had from the other site you linked, for I think $19. That's a 10:1 ratio, and works well. (I use one.) A 15:1 ratio of the same thing is available for $13 from Mike Woodhouse, Free Flight Supplies, UK. Your third item above, the McCleod style balsa stripper is quite unnecessary for anything indoor, but probably a fine tool for what it does. (I manage with a Master Airscrew to make outdoor balsa sticks, cost me $6.95 or so.)
So, $370 verus $47, IMO. You can buy lotsa other indoor stuff (wood, rubber stripper) with the difference saved.
One other thing that's recently become cheap and surprisingly functional is .002g-sensitive digital scales for $19-25, various suppliers (esp. online Hong Kong merchant.)
But sure, stock up when you can,
Good luck,
Endureindoor.
