Didn't know you were into F1d at all. Can always provide any details via PM, but also plans were published in INAV 123, "Fliagra."
My Cat I Open Pennyplane was based on Tony A's OPP, published in INAV 115 & 116. (Except I used VP and omitted rudder.)
BTW, all AMA records are (very conveniently) listed on IndoorNews.com., and sometimes are more current that AMA site. Used to be linked here in our Links section, but just noticed it doesn't work. I'll try to fix.
