That is the rate for all the school gyms in my district. So they sit empty.
There is a nice sports center out here with nice floor area about USIC size only
$250 hour but the indoor RC guys get it for $150/hr if they fly from 8pm to
10pm.

Only $35 an hour?  For $50 a day you can fly at the Tustin B.H. all day long. H.
S.'s don't charge us anything for 3 hours. May be I should stop complaining.
