Nick and Kang,
thanks for the support. I have actually send Abram already 2 emails, but
never received a reply. I guess I might dig up the paypal receipt, but I
do not know if that would be of help. Especially as the issues since
#123 have NOT been published in PDF, so actually I have paid for
something that does not exist any more. Maybe some kind soul could scan
this #126 and the next one (for which I have paid for) when it appears,
and then I need to start discussing whether the paper will be published
in PDF form ever again.
