You have to email Abram Van Dover, who is the new editor.
Also, find your receipt from paypal that shows you paid for the subscription.
The same thing happened to me. The previous editor did not give all the list of subscribers to the new editor. So I contacted Abram Van Dover and sent him proof of my subscription.
