This mail is to clarify dates.
We have contracted the following dates:

30, 31 Oct,
20 Nov
27, 28, Nov

21 Nov is committed (limit 40 persons max) a local club locked it right away.

We are trying to get dates in Dec. There are no firm dates in Dec yet.

Please commit your date.
