duration.

But all that matters is which has the MAX overall duration.

 

Not sure why you're restating my thesis. I did not say the duration of a
small stab model would equal the duration of the optimum stab area model. I
only said that each can be optimized for best duration. Finding the highest
duration wing/stab combo is a distinct problem that requires a lot of trial
and error.
