There actually is a lot of interest in A6 in my experience. There are several people in my club that fly A6 on a regular but not very competitive level. Also, I think building a giveaway A6 would be easier than a giveaway LPP.

But my ulterior motive is that for me to help an am with A6 at the same time that I'm flying A6 for myself would be easier than helping an am with LPP while I'm supposed to be flying A6.

  Not criticizing the kicking around of options, but seems LPP proved itself attractive enough to draw the AMs. Why bail on something reasonably easy/hard yet with some indoor pizazz.
