Indoor Model Conservation Question

Hi

I have recently come to own my late stepfather's indoor Penny Plane and
also his EZB which are in a box safely packed back at my house. The
workmanship is superb and I want to preserve these for as long as possible and one
day may even fly them. The props are incredible and a real pleasure to
look at.

At the moment, they are in a snug but large cardboard box secure and I
have a couple of sachets of silica gel in this. Is there anyway of storing
these even better as it may be some years before I fly them again?
Many thanks

Kev Moseley

That brings up another sort of Pro-Am that might be doable next year or at
some point in the future. The amateur (or novice or whatever) would build
a model and then team with a pro for the competition. It would be the pro's
job to teach or help the am to get the most out of their model.

John, do you think there will be enough new amateurs to run another pro-am
of some sort next year? I don't think the ams who were in this years event
should be able to do it again.

Thanks Ken! Count me in for next year's Pro-Am. Pennyplane, A6, or
whatever it is.
I can help someone build, then hopefully someone else will help both of us
fly! ;-)
