Hi Bill, Two prerequisites are: (1) the person appling must be a contest director, (2) of course a member of ECIM. You'll also need a back up contest director. I would also check to see if the CD is allowed to fly for records, and CD at the same event.

Will Hanger #1 be open for flying on Labor Day, itself, 9-6? I noticed that this date is not in your record sanctions list. The ECIM website lists Labor Day as a flying day but has this changed?
