Yep, Bill. As well, we have various aspects of the term "snap" to consider.
I've used g/inch since about 1999, and soon noticed that Europe used g/m, naturally. In the press of competition, I had to have a kind of units that I'm used to "thinking in", which is inches more than meters. As it turned out, the only time I've wanted to compare my motors with anyone else's is in the leisure of perusing INAV's (at which point conversions and numbers are quite enjoyable) but never during the press of competition, where I'm already homing in on correct motor motor size, not exactly caring what sizes others are using, except for future reference, or general conversation.
