Bill,
The Kroger grocery store on top of the hill about 2 blocks west of the
Mini-Dome has party balloons and sometimes I buy a 2-foot Mylar balloon
there or get a refill of an old balloon. This works for retrieval
balloons but probably not for big steering balloons. Someone else can
address that question much better than me. Yes, I retrieved from the
ceiling today once.
