Bill Gowen and All,

When you build flat wings or stabs with no dihedral but with tip plates,
how do you decide how tall to make the tip plates? Or how much area, or
whatever way you choose to describe the size. I have Bill Gowen's record
F1M plan, his Finny '09 SO plan, a Harlan Big Dipper SO plan, Bank's
Leading Edge SO plan, and a few Mini-Stick plans. I did not find a LPP
plan that showed tips, and I have some frameworks underway for Electric,
Indoor Towline, and/or LPP.

Someone has a method that is better than TLAR, or at least a more
experienced TLAR than mine.

Thanks to all,

Fred Rash
