[indoor-construction] Dorcol cup Belgrade

In the English invitation text for Dorcol cup in Belgrade, before
WCh F1D, was one error. Please see new updated text in the
attachment. That means Monday will be also training day for
F1D in hall #1 as on Tuesday.

Competition in F1N and F1N-150mm will be hold in hall #3.
