Ray, that's my conclusion too, but didn't want to be a wet blanket (this time.) Also, regular torque meters are pretty rugged (and need to be)on my sometimes panic-stricten indoor contest table. My digital scale, not so rugged.
Still, my hat's off to the gentleman (Art?) who had the idea--pretty elegant.
