Here is a pic of my F1L. I just finished the prop today. The prop is
can formed; I didn't have time to carve the helical prop form.
(okay, need to figure out how to attach a picture.)

The prop was formed on a 4" diameter oatmeal container. It has *a lot*
of camber. May be 15-20% Think of an airfoil made on a circle of 2"
radius.
This prop has 50% more area than my previous one. The .050" rubber had
a lot of trouble turning the prop at 26" pitch. It's now set at 22"
pitch, and still not pulling as hard as my previous prop at 26" pitch.
I will likely decrease the pitch tomorrow.
