Try a slightly fatter motor of same weight, like maybe .003" wider, which is actually .006" wider considering two strands. You're still at 15:00 min. high ceiling equivalent if all else is correct, so your're still not far off, and have an obvious direction to try (not always the case.)

Or launch with more torque and turns with same motor size, if your model/motor can stand it.
