I'm sorry I brought this up. If the indoor flyers in Distict II don't have a
problem with a non-flyer voting on their rules proposals then fine.

P.S. the Free Flight Contest Board removed a FFCB member several years ago
by interpreting 3.4.a below to mean "at least one contest entry per year."
Seemed like a fair, commonsense ruling to me.

3.4. Criteria for Board Members Participation and Retention

a. Board members should participate in at least one event in their
applicable

category each year. Attending as a spectator or visitor is not considered

"participation".

b. Board members must vote on all rules changes before that Board. Any

missed vote should result in removal from the Board by their Vice President.

The AMA Competitions Department will provide the Vice Presidents the

results of all votes at the end of the rule cycle.

c. A statement of participation must by provided by the Board Member to the

Contest Board Chairperson annually.

d. All Board members must have e-mail access and provide a valid e-mail
address

to his/her Board Chairperson, co-board members and the AMA Competitions

Department.

The email I received said "But the rule is that Contest Board members
must be active competitors in Indoor FF. Defined as: at least one
contest entry per year."
