  Who is going to Tustin?

I guess one could say Tustin is to indoor duration records what Bonneville is to land speed. I keep replaying this scene in my head from "Worlds Fastest Indian". (A great movie by the way, if you have never seen it you should.)

Just replace "Bonneville" with "Tustin", and all the speed record attempts with the indoor records over the years. Ron Wittman with the first 90 second glider flight. Steve Brown and the 60 minute indoor rubber flight...

  "...holy ground mate, holy ground."

I am going to go. Jim Lewis is making plans. The west coast glider guys are all in. Bud Romak is building and bringing some F1D guys from Europe with him. Deloach will be there. Krempetz? Gowen? Zaluska? Romash? Kagan? Sanborn? Buehler?
