Re: Erv Rodemsky Pro/Am LPP
John
Great news on the advance signups. Suggestion: send press releases out now
to the model mags and in about 1-2 months to every RC club within a
300-miles radius of ETSU. Talk to the editors of these mags if possible.
This could pay dividends.
Also. Hank N. has done releases for years with the local J.C. press. He
could surely handle that for you the week before the Pro/Am event. I'll bet
some locals would like to come out and give it a try. Maybe even contact the
local high school science departments
Follow up with complimentary copies of NFFS Digest, INAV, etc. I can supply
the former.

LPP PRO/AM EVENT
This is a new event and unclear to many. We will be flying the Pro/Am part
Saturday, and the Sportsman flyoff of the amateurs on Sunday. Those of you
who keep your issues of Model Aviation, check the Indoor column in October
2009, page 144. John describes his ideas in detail. Pre-entry will be
included in the East Tenn State University Dorm Reservation form in the Feb
issue of FF Digest.
