I think BOM could go away in a couple of events (maybe A-6 and LPP) but for
the most part it ought to be retained for indoor FF duration events.
It will be interesting to see how the no BOM LPP event goes at J.C. this
year. Hopefully it will bring some guys out of the woodwork.
