The indoor contests I know could *certainly* use some Red Bull, (It gives you wings.) But seriously, heavy plastic legality could be more or less enforceable by just carrying a sample of the covering you use, and surrender it to anyone who cares enough. I (think I) can tell at a glance the difference in .25 mil plastic from indoor mylar. If not, just provide a piece of what you use. We could trust each other at least that much.
