That's how I feel too Bill. Zero complaints so far on the 50% stab rule.

 

The big question that remains: will allowing plastic covering be acceptable
to the paper purists? Will they tell their ICB reps to vote "yes" or "no"?

I personally have no issue with the 50% tail rule. Whatever the majority
want is fine with me.
